Telelase uses a rigorous ten-part process to configure, install and maintain Telelase Appliances such that they operate smoothly, stay up, use minimum power and operate in ordinary office environments without the need for costly client data centers.  Telelase supplied systems are optionally shadowed offsite at Telelase’s primary and backup data centers as shown in the diagram.  Telelase’s data centers have UPS and generator backed up power and run in virtual servers that are dedicated to each client.  Private IP addresses are supplied to clients. 

Telelase supplies complete turnkey services that include client training, and both remote and on-site support.  7x24 support is available. 

Cloud computing functions are integrated such that the client does not normally encounter latency based delays that occur with off-site computing as critical tasks are performed on site.  On the occasions when on-site systems are not available or if system loading is potentially going to cause delays that will affect users, additional cloud based resources seamlessly augment the on-site computers.
